WHAT MORE???
Wife napping on the couch, dog sleeping on the floor, watching the Cardinals in the post season, the smell of burgers on the grill wafting through the open windows...does it get better than this? Not in my book.

WHY HELLO
Went to the vet yesterday for another round of booster shots of ol' BluDog. Vet thinks he is "adorable and a gentleman" which I of course knew but always like to hear. The ol' boy weighs about 4 ounces under 40 pounds and is a little over 16 weeks.
Training is going good. We've got sit, stay, lay, off, down, no-bite, and leave (as long as it's not Chunk), and come figured out. Not too shabby for a pup.
Here is a picture of BluDog. Even though he pees and the poops on the floor, chews our stuff, and makes our lives super-crazy, we still love the lil' guy.

YELLOW GOLD
BluDog has given us two surprises today...yellow gold as some would call it. Me, I call it a learning process. Hey, none of us had it all figured out at 15 weeks either.
Went shopping today at a new store...although the layout was oh so different from my normal stompin' grounds, I must say I'm pretty proud of how well I managed. Got almost everything on the list which I conveniently forgot at home. Nothing like having a list hanging on the fridge at eye level when you're putting your groceries away. I'm sure the list was mocking me, I could almost hear it and it's wise-ass remarks. It was all like, "Hey bud, see you're putting your new groceries away...don't see you putting any apple sauce in there...which is weird because it says it right here on the list, right under granola bars and right before green beans". Stupid list. Regardless, we've got food in the fridge.
That's all I've got for you kids tonight. -M
